Hi, Welcome to BackYard Chickens!

I'd really like to see a video of the seizure-like behavior, because ataxia, convulsions, and paralysis of muscles can indicate a plethora of problems, with ducks around this age, a nutritional deficiency specifically thiamine(B1) and vitamin E can cause similar symptoms, as well as neurological damage, viral/bacterial infection, or toxin ingestion.

So you for the leg things you’re likely looking at some pretty heavy niacin problems. My recommendation would be to go out to tractor supply and get the liquid vitamin b complex from the cattle isle. It will say injectable but it can be done orally to poultry. You want to try and get 1 ml into them every day.

if it is the nuralogical thing with the head shakes like @Isaac 0 mentioned it has some additional vitamins that can offer support for that as well.

when you try to feed you can put it over treats they will each eat quickly or you can make a mash of their food with it. Make sure you do one ml per duck though. You can alsoswitch out lettuce for peas or even cut danilions from your lawn.
