How do I do that?Detach it from the egg part and let the stringy fall off on its own unless there's a new issue arise.

Yep she is free and has done it herself is now happily battering all the other eggs around the incubatorIf there *weren't* pips on other eggs I would suggest removing it. However you stated that there *are* pips on some eggs, so my advice is to just leave it alone and leave your incubator closed. You don't want to risk dropping humidity and this chick will detach soon on it's own. It's not a very strong attachment to the egg so it will come off easily.
