First timer here... just woke up to this. Is it in trouble? Why is it so bubbly?? It’s breathing and cheeped once

And is the chick's beak clear from the bubbles/liquid?

it made that hole itself, I woke up to that. Then while trying to decide if I should help or not it died 😞 my humidity has been 30-45 days 1-18 and it’s at 65 now. I was told that was what it needed to be? The incubator instructions says 55 for first 18 days then 65-75 so I’m lower than that

Sounds about right. The reason I asked about the hole in the shell is that when a chick has made that big of a hole it should, very soon, hatch.
Sorry for your bad luck. Why the bubbles I cannot answer.

Is that colour accurate? It looks kinda green. The only thing in the shell that I've seen be close to that colour is the waste, but that chick looks positioned correctly, I don't know how it could have pipped through that. Maybe a bacterial infection? It sounds like your humidity has been good and the air cells in that photo sure look fine.

Ugh, I'm so sorry it didn't make it, that's always hard to lose em so late.

Yes it was kind of yellowish green. I’ve had two others pip the wrong end and drown 😭 they are shipped eggs and my first time so idk. Seems like humidity was too high but idk how

Did you salt test your humidity gauge before hand?

No I’m not sure what that means. This is my first ever attempt. I had 4 other hygrometers in the incubator and they all read a bit lower than the incubator. Always read 30-45.
