Help!

Shell-less eggs in a new layer can be common. Just make sure that she has crushed oyster shell available in a separate container.
I know that can happen..I'm just concerned about the egg white that leaked out from the egg inside her..or is that just yolk I have to worry about?

And I did start offering oyster shell about a week ago, but tbh they didnt seem all that interested in it. I'm thinking that maybe once everyone is laying (all are squatting) that I may switch to a layer feed supplemented with oyster shell.

All flock feed with oyster shell on the side is a better nutritional alternative. All flock typically has higher protein for the same price. They'll eat the oyster when they need the calcium boost.
