Looks good to me. I'm also on day 20. They will pip and sometimes take forever to do their next step. Don't worry if nothing happens until day 22. Waiting is so nerve wracking.

Thank you so much I feel relieved I was getting quite worried today but all we can do is hope for the best let me know how your hatching goes thank you to everyone for helping me out. Also another thing is the water seems to be being used up very quickly, if the water dries up should I open incubator and add water to make it humid or leave it as it is?

37 deg Celsius is likely what this person is using, which is roughly 98 deg F. More accurately, the temp should be around 37.7 deg C to be a little closer to the appropriate incubation temp I believe.
