I bought an incubator and it’s arrived with a big crack down the side! Has anyone managed to hatch anything with a damaged incubator 😂😭 will some tape around the side suffice! This is my first incubator experience, I need reassurance! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Did you let the company know it arrived broken? That would be my first move.

Yes, I messaged them thanking them for their prompt arrival time but definitely brought this to their attention - awaiting their response, but if it’s usable then I’d much prefer to keep it and not make a fuss!

What kind of incubator? Tape or glue would work fine. Definitely let the company know. Test the incubator's temp and humidity with a calibrated thermometer and a salt tested hydrometer to be sure it's holding steady.
