Last month I brought 2 chicken but one of them died by drowning. Yesterday I brought a new chick gfor the lonely one and this morning I noticed puss and swelling in the eyes so I took new hen to vet and she said it was fowl pox. Yesterday night the new hen and old chicken spend few mins together. Is my old chicken safe from the disease?
The vet gave me an eye drop for sick one and told me there is nothing more to do.

If in fact it's fowl pox, yes it's possible your other hen will get the disease. However, the disease will eventually go away on its own in about a month. Then your chickens will be okay.

Should I give antibiotics to the chicken? If so which one should I give?

There is no treatment for fowl pox, just control of symptoms and spreading. It will have to run its course if it’s the dry kind. Did your vet not explain this to you? He / she should have.
She said nothing. No explanation
