My naked neck silver lace lost a toe and others look swollen. I feel terrible that it took me this long to notice 😞. My husband thinks it is frost bite, but I noticed some of the girls looked like they might have leg mites (why not right?). We treated everyone else except Liger (NN Polish) just in case it is frost bite. I am going to attach some pictures. She is her usual friendly happy self. Eating, drinking, and laying just fine. Which is why I think it took me until now to notice. Some of the other girls have raised scales, but none of them look like her. We had a bad cold snap back in February, but could it take this long for frostbite to show? Any help would be much appreciated.

Not really sure i can help here! If the wound is open, cover it so it doesn't get infected... Keep an eye on her

Will definitely clean and cover it. Wasn’t sure if that’s what we needed to do. Just didn’t want to make it any worse. Thank you for your response.

Ouch poor thing looks like those other two toes are dead as well , it maybe be from the frostbite and those toes never regained circulation to the tips but I'm no expert and have no experience with frostbite toes .
