Help!!!

My week old chick is chirping the distress chirp, wings dropped, and is now biting at the air or whatever it can reach. His crop looks like its inflated but empty. He drank so much sugar water its now dripping out of his rear end. Whats wrong!? And what can I do?! Please help quick!
