!HELP!Anybody know what this could be, Woke up this morning to my male pheasant coughing/ gurgling with snot running out of his nose and all down his face/neck his ears also seemed to be inflamed and wide open he still was very strong/talkative and was interested in food and water any ideas to help him cope with the sickness and any idea on what it could be?

It has a respiratory infection. Could be infectious bronchitis or infectious coryza. Neither of which are treatable. Antibiotics may help reduce mortality, if secondary infections are involved, Erythromycin and oxytetracycline are usually given for secondary infections.
The only way to know for sure what your dealing with is to have a vet do some tests to determine which disease is affecting your bird, as many respiratory diseases mimic one another, in other words, have the same symptoms.

I know nothing of pheasants, but have you had any other poultry or fowl with CRD or respiratory symptoms before? Do you see any foam or bubbles in either eye, or any swelling of the lids or face? If it is a virus, no antibiotic will help, but it may run it’s course over time. If it is MG (CRD,) that can be treated with Tylan 50 injectable from a feedstore given orally, or Tylosin powder for the water found online. Most respiratory diseases are for life, and the symptoms can come and go when they are stressed.
