HELP!

My chicken Teagan is 5 and she was acting lethargic yesterday, so I brought her inside. She was walking around before. but now She’s pretty immobile. I have fed her cat food and water, and she seems to be swallowing the cat food, but the water just kind of drips out of her mouth.

I'm not an expert, but I also had a chicken that kind of had those symptoms. Maybe you could try to feed her the softest foods and water? That kind of helped me.

Does she smell sour in the mouth? How does her crop feel? Hard, enlarged, soft, empty? Is coughing or vomiting?

If the water is dripping out of her beak, I'd suspect crop problems. Is her crop emptying overnight? And, as @Farmgirl805 asks, what does it feel like now?

She does smell sour in the mouth, her crop is very enlarged

Sounds like sour crop. @azygous might be of some help here. I’ve never personally dealt with it so I hesitate to give you advice.

She does smell sour in the mouth, her crop is very enlarged

She's 5 years old.
When was her last egg?
Is she pooping?
Any bloat or fluid in the abdomen below the vent between her legs?

If there's a sour smell coming from her beak, then treat for Sour Crop. This article tells you how to treat it. Keep in mind that often a crop that is not emptying is a Symptom, so she may have more going on like a reproductive disorder, worms, coccidiosis and/or infection.
