I would just keep an eye on her for now. My chickens occasionally sneeze or make oddball sounds with nothing to worry about. How old is she? Does she have a runny nose? It could just be something minor, which could go away on its own. Just check to make sure she's eating and acting normal. If she starts sounding congested, not eating, or huddling puffed up (acting sick), let us know.
