Help!

So the chick in question is from RK. We got her on March 9th, so she should be around 8+ weeks.
I know, I can't go by the feathers just yet, but she combed up pretty early and since the comb popped up, it seems to grow slowly.
I suspect it's a roo but I'm still hoping it might be a fast developing girl. She doesn't behave like a roo, very friendly, no crowing attempts etc. Not the best shot, but can you help me out here?
It's the only Speckled Sussex that I have.

I think it could be a fast developing pullet. Give it a couple of weeks and monitor the comb and wattles. If they color up more and go through a growth spurt within the next few weeks, then you will know you have a cockerel.
