Puller or cockerel?

Want to know she seems confused. So this beautiful polish has her feathers going back ( non go downward by her tail) she has poofy feathers on her head not mullet. She does have beautiful waddles, anyway I took this yesterday outside. She is 14 weeks old and two days ago she lets out a sound in the morning that sounds like a muffled crow, not clear but strained. A neighbor says if I do not have a rooster and a small flick that one may try and crow.
I never heard of this, but I am new with chickens.
Any advice or thoughts from this beautiful community?

Thank you so now I guess I learn when to get eggs, do I have to separate him? I do not have room or space right now for baby chicks it will take some building. Where do I go to learn more about this. This baby has always had these waddles even at 6 weeks

All the more an indicator of being male

You can leave him with your flock and just keep collecting the eggs daily for your use.

Unless fertilized eggs are incubated for 21 days or a broody hen will set on them for 21 days to hatch them there will be no risk of getting chicks.

If you do not want any male at all with your flock for whatever reason you could try to find him a new home.

I have 3 pulleys that are 11 weeks and I am getting 3 Orpington pulleys on Aug 7 they will be 7 weeks

They are way too young to be exposed to a hormonal cockerel and will be for many more months as males will feel their hormone months earlier than females.

So either rehome him or keep him separate from the littles until they start laying eggs.
