Help!

I would not feed her oatmeal. She needs the balanced nutrition of her formulated food, the chick starter. Do whatever you can to get her to eat that. You may have to tube feed her. @Eggcessive can teach you how, it's not hard but you do have to know what you are doing or you can make a bad situation much worse.

What's her diet? Any mucus or bubbles?
I have not noticed any watery eyes or mucus. She pecks at her medicated food from time to time but her crop is empty so I know she must not be eating much. I syringe feed her egg yolk with a little warm water from time to time. She also gets hydro chick in her water.
She sounds wheezy and I can hear her gasp.

Boil some eggs and crumble them for her, also try making a wet mash out of the feed.

I tried offering wet food several times. I even tried putting a bit in the feeder to trick her. For some reason my chicks want nothing to do with it.

Well the Green poop is usually sign that she's to hot, the panting could be part of that. She looks like she has some feathers coming in therefore I wouldn't even have any heat source. If it was me, I would not offer her all that stuff, I would keep her away from some heat, Soak her food in water make it a mush. Chicks LOVE this it's like giving ice cream to a kid. Change it each day so that it doesn't get moldy. I would also, get a tablet of Vitamin B complete that you can get at any dollar store and put one pill in the water about a quart. SHE MAY or MAY not drink the water if you decide to mush her food. I personally do not give any of my chicks medicated chick food but that's just me.. I have had issues in the past versus non-medicated and at the end my chicks/hens do just fine. Keep us updated on whatever you decide..

My poor baby started panting aprox 5 days ago. I have other chicks who are just fine. She is the runt. I have her separated now. I had her with another chick for company but noticed it peck at her so took that one out. She is skin and bones. I have been hand feeding her from time to time egg yolk. I've given her vetrx every day. I have started putting the corid in her water beginning today, just in case. She gets fresh water every day. Ive tried a little bit of sugar in the water. I've tried apple cider vinegar in the water. She still gets the hydro hen in the water. She's on medicated food, although I did have a point when she was not given it because Tractor supply was out but only for a week ish. She still pecks at the food and I noticed her drink from her water today but not much. She's still active and scratches around and stuff. She was on pine bedding but I recently switched to hemp. Also, her poop was green for a couple days but is back to brown. She is stretching out her neck and panting. She sounds congested and wheezy.

What else can I do for her? She's a pet and her name is Minnie. Should I put her on straw? I really want her to beat the odds and push through.View attachment 4088662
Okay, plain water as an option, wet feed mixed with plain yogurt, boiled egg, and vitamin c powdered and buffered.
I'll boil the egg now. I'll have to go by the store for vitamin c and yogurt.
