Her eye is normal, feed store saw the same pictures of her eye told to use a fish antibiotic that is good for chickens twice a day and to isolate herPoor baby looks ill. Her eye looks a little swollen as well. Is her other eye normal? Any bubbles or runny nose? Any coughing or sneezing? It could be respiratory. What exactly did the feed store sell you? Is she eating and drinking?

Hi the antibiotics is in the pictureIt is her left eye that looks more sunken than the right eye. I do think that is conjunctivitis. Fowl pox is a virus that does not respond to antibiotics. Conjunctivitis which many times is MG (mycoplasma) does respond to Tylosin. Amoxicllin and some others will not treat that. What antibiotic from the feed store was recommended for you? Here is some reading and pictures about fowl pox virus:

She is making like a crying noise and sometimes opens her mouth as she stretches her neck, I’m so scared don’t want to loose herLeft eye looks to be sunken and possibly infected. In one of your photos, she also has some bubbles.
I agree, I'd try Tylosin to see if that helps. Fish antibiotic, if Amoxicillin will not treat symptoms of MG since it has not cell wall.
I'd rinse out the eye as needed an keep some Terramycin eye ointment in the eye.
For the Fowl Pox lesions, you can paint some Iodine on those (not the eyes) to help dry them up. Don't rub the lesions which can cause them to spread.
