Well it will be day 18 on fri, and I have to go away on fri night and i'm comeing back sun night. Will any hatched chicks be ok in the bator unatented?

One of the hardest things about hatching is leaving the bator shut during the hatch. You will beat that problem is they hatch early.

Take the eggs out of the turner before you leave and up the humidity for the hatch. If you thermometer(s) is right, then they probably won't start until Sunday night. Even if they do chicks will be fine in bator for 48 hours.
