Help!!!!!!!

i came back from school today and found one of my hens standing very still and by herself. i tought she might have hurt a leg but then my mom said it looked like she might be having trouble laying an egg or had some hardened poop on her but. so we checked but we found instead a strange pimple on her bottom and she is pooping yellow not the regular color

Could the 'pimple' be a plugged oil glad? If so I would put warm compresses on it a few times a day until the plug softens and the gland drains.
