is she actually stuck or just wants to be under the coop? If she's just hanging out under the coop she'll come out on her own.

Is she stuck as in she can't get herself out or is she stuck as in she went under there and YOU can't get her out? There's a big difference there. LOL!

If YOU can't get her out, but she is free to move I'd just leave her and let her come out on her own -- if you must you could try enticing her with treats.

If she's stuck and can't move; it entirely depends on why she's stuck and in what position she is stuck. If you can safely get something under there to hook around her and pull her out go for it. Just be sure she's not hooked up on something that would cause injury first.
