Help. I think one of my chicks is dying. I am not sure what is wrong with it. It was laying on its side and couldn't stand up. Then it was able to stand up. what is going on

Is it behaving normally now? Sometimes even little chicks will lie on their sides with wing spread out and be "sunning" themselves. This is normal behavior. Is it eating and drinking? How old is it?

Did you fill their waterer with cold water? Chicks are so small that a gulp of cold water can chill them, leading to symptoms like that.
