Help!

i noticed two chicks that were doing something the others wernt the were layin down and opening there mouth like a yawn and kind of stretch there necks out what does this mean are the choking

do they have plenty of fresh, clean, water available to them?

Do they get up if you try and touch them? I thought mine were dying......but, they just asleep in all kinds off odd positions. They pass out everywhere.....
