Help!

I think that the reds are sex-links, like they mentioned above. The chipmunky-ones that have puffy cheeks and flattish combs are easter eggers, and the first one.......... I don't know. But I think it has to be a roo, with that expression.

The back one I'm not sure on. Could be a black sex link but it does look like a roo.
3 of them look like red or gold sex-links and the other two look like Easter eggers.

Sorry to disagree, but there is no Blk Aussie there, nor are you likely to get an Aracuana from a farm store. They are most likley sex-links black or red. Hybrids. Nor are you likely to get JG's or SLW's. I have both SLW's and Blk Aussies and those chicks look nothing like them. There may be an Easter Egger there.
I will say this. It really doesn't matter cuz your will like them just as much as any purebred. Maybe better. Because they're yours that makes them worth everything. Enjoy

Um, I think it could be a BA as well.

I can't get my pictures to load of course but one of my aussies had quite a lot of white on her as well as a chick, then she lost it all and was pure black. Besides, aren't black sex link chicks supposed to be all black? I checked on feathersite and every example of a black sex link chick had no white at all, one of them had a brown-ish face but otherwise solid black. Unless of course, it's a sex link rooster, but don't those feather out like a barred rock?

As for the rest, I agree with the consensus here, three red sex links and 2 EEs. Just love the fluffy cheeks!

ETA: forgot you were looking for gender too, you'll have to wait a while longer on your EEs and the black one. The red ones should be females if they're sex links.

I know that Aussies have white FLUFF, but the chick in question has white FEATHERS....Not an Australorp.

My BAs had white fluff AND white feathers. Now they have lost all the white fluff except right around the beak area...they still have the white feathers, but you can barely see them. The black feathers that have come in completely cover them unless the wing is extended.

Well Thanks for all the imput! I talked to my Grandmother that has been rasing chickens forever and she looked at the pics and she that the Black and white one is a Australorp! She also has agreed with you all on the rest! I am just hoping for more girls than boys! I cant keep the boys in town! So I am thinking that my fav is going to have to go up north to Granny's!

Mine had white feathers on her wings too as well as the white fluff. One of them had so much white I hoped she would turn out to be something different because I already had 4 BA. Alas, she lost them all after a while. The wing feathers took longer for her to loose too.
