help?

ok so i have a batch of 8 chicken eggs in the incubator (they are on day 17) and should be hatching this saturday(jan 15th) but i just candled them and they only take up like 3/4 of the egg? i thought the egg was supposed to be filled all the way? they are kicking and wiggling a lot.... the temp has stayed at 99.5 degrees the whole time. ( both 2 therm. say so)

They are pretty much on schedule. If you see movement, they are still alive and developing. Do not give up hope if they go beyond 21 days. Be patient, relax, and enjoy.
