Help

my hen is 16 month old and lays eggs, 2 month ago she went through hatching process but couldn't produce chiks. she is not laying at present, she was fine after that but fro last 8-10 days she is not interested in eating enough. she looses balance and falls back on her legs while walking. is it weak legs or some thing else please help i don't want to loose her.
