I have a little dilemna... My eggs are on day 22 of hatching. I had at least 4 or 5 that were rockin. My temp is perfect... around 100. My humidity is at a steady 80%.
My problem is I had one of the eggs pip yesterday between 8am and 1pm (I was at work) and it hasn't zipped. There's still some slight movement but no chirping. When should I check it over or intervene? I wanted it to hatch on it's own but I don't think it's going to.
Any advice on what I should do and when I should do it?

Ok thanks. I just don't want it to die in there. I was worried it might be too big to zip because the egg is shaped a little weird...
It's almost a perfect oval but it's got a band-like swelling around the middle. That shouldn't hurt it, should it?

That's a lot of humidity. I try never to go over 75% it will spike when chicks hatch.
