i have a hen that isnt acting like herself she has a swollen eye and like bubbles in it and like clear liquid what is wrong?

do you have saline solution? If so rinse it really well with saline solution and isolate her from your other hens. It may be as simple as something getting in her eye, and it may be that she's sick. Treat and watch to see what happens.
