I have a chick with a knot on the side of its neck.... any idea what it is or if it can be fixed. He is a golden polish and he is the first one I had.

My grandpa and Aunt said it is probably just food. I wil try and take a picture of it.

It's probably the crop, where the food is stored. However, you could still post a picture of it just to make sure.
