HELP!!!!

I woke up this morning to two sick buffs. They are two years old and healthy last night. They are laying on their sides can't walk.

Just an update. They have both died now. Some mucus discharge from the mouths. Don't know if the rest of my girls are at risk or not....

I bought 4, 10 week old chicks about 2 weeks ago. They appear to be healthy. My other two hens are also ok. The symptoms I mentioned were all that I noticed. They died so soon after I found them in the morning. Their bedding had been changed the day before and always have clean fresh water. We have had very few eggs for the past few weeks. I don't know if any of this helps but can't stand the thought of losing any more of my hens. Thanks to all who sent their sympathy.
