HELP!!

I have a chick (almost 3 weeks old, easter egger) who we found last week on her back it took us quite some time to realize that it seems one of her legs seems hurt. The right leg seems to go out in front of her when she sits or rests she can bring it back and she can get around the problem is she isnt growing as well as out other birds in my opinion it could be that she isnt as mobile so she eats and drinks when she has to not like the others who eat constantly. I am up with her every few hours flipping her over she cant seem to right herself. Not sure if this could be neurological or an injury but I cant find answers anywhere, the only avian vet is over an hr from here. There is a vet that will look at her but he is a general vet not a avian. PLEASE SOMEONE ANYONE HELP I have attached photos of her today I have video of her from last week

There is a post on here thats not too old about a hen that got in a little skuff with another and ended up with a broken leg and was sitting just like that. i'd say just make it comfortable with food and water close enough that it doesn't have to move too much and hope for the best.

That is what we have been doing the main issue is now her growth and the fact that she ends up on her side unable to get up. I feel like i have a newborn again as I am up almost every hour flipping her the right way if need be or atleast checking on her.... I am very tired and very stressed about this poor bird. There is nothing that can be done?

Maybe you could make something to brace her upright? You kind of have to be create and use what you have sometimes. She'll have to stay put for a while you may have to segregate her from the others (but not completely she still needs company) to avoid being trampled. Good luck, you'll know very soon if she's strong enough. Some chicks don't make it despite the best care.

She is already separated and I tried putting one of our silkies in with her but she still gets trampled by her so I put a mirror in there and some soft towels to try and recreate some company. She has been like this for about a week it took up days to figure out what was going on we braced her like you would for splayed leg but she has zero mobility when we do that ugh this is my first time with chicks and its just so **** hard to watch her like this I want to help her, there is a general vet that said he would take a look at her do you think it is worth it? It seems chickens really need a specialized vet to help them but at this point i am desperate, the only avian vet is an hour plus away and I have a 17 month old baby, not to mention how big bird ( Our chicks name) would do on such a long journey :sigh: :[
