Help !

Thats great! Leave the little guy overnight. Then if still no progess you can help it. They have to first struggle in order to absorb their yolk, and if they don't, they will soon die outside of the shell. If you feel the need to help in the morning, this is how. Take a tweezers and gently break off small pieces of shell around the egg so it is as if you are zipping for them. Every time you break a piece of shell, gently break the membrane around the chick as well. If it starts to bleed, STOP! the chick isn't ready to come out, put the egg back in and leave it be for another few hours. If there is no blood then slowly continue around the shell, if you never see blood, then odds are that the chick is ready to come out. Once you are completely around the shell, the chick should be able to push the two halves apart itself, so simply put the egg back in and wait, if it still has not kicked it apart 2 hours later, go ahead and take the top half off, look at the chick's belly. Make sure their is no yolk left to absorb before you take the bottom half off, if no yolk, feel free to take the bottom half off as well, but if their is yolk, leave the bottom half at the very least. Gently lay him back in the incubator for him to dry off. Some people do the zipping in the bathroom in which the door is shut and the shower has been running hot water for a few minutes. This will cause humid and warm conditions similar to an incubator but that is not an absolute must. I almost always have sucess when following these steps. I know other say let nature take it's course, but if it honestly can't hatch and I'm right there, I feel it deserves a chance. And in my experience, many of the chicks I have helped thived just as well as the others that got out by themselves. Good Luck!

Now the Others Are Starting To Follow . He's Really Active . How Long Till He's Dry ?
That depends on the heat and humidity conditions in your incubator. You should leave him in there for a good 24 hours before removing him. If you have eggs that are pipped or zipped, do not open the incubator! It won't hurt him to be in there.
