Help!!

I came outside and I saw one of my hens just laying on the ground and it seemed like she was having a seizure, She tried getting up but couldn't. She was bleeding from her neck. My rooster and another hen were near her so I think it was the hen that hit her. Her eyes are closed, and shes laying on her side not moving but still alive. What could be the problem???

A little late, but if the hen cant get up on her own and she's bleeding from a neck wound it might mean that her neck is broken. If it's that bad, I would just put her out of her misery. Don't let her suffer just to die a couple days later.

Sounds like a broken neck like you said and a seizure? I would euthanize.
