I still have not let everyone out again. They have been getting crack scratch in the evening about 6 before the sun starts setting. Hoping that we get a good habit going for a while. Not sure how long to drag it out though.

Update for anyone interested...

They started getting let out this past Sunday and have been doing very well going back in. I had one hold out tonight but he/she figured it out quick when everyone else was going crazy for the crack scratch. Thanks for the ideas and help.
