My first chick hatched. He outs from a small egg and he had something. on his rear. It is making the shell stock to him. It. Looked like dark blood.

I couldn't get a good pic

Can't really tell from your pic, but my guess is yoke sack.

How long does it take for a chick to dry completely?

This pic was taken at 7:40am. The chick hatched 1am.
Should i worry that he is pushing the other eggs around? I dont want him to break the other eggs. Nothing else is hatching.

So I now have 3 babies. Except the last baby to come out doesn't look good. One of the other chicks was standing on him and his neck looks crooked.

But I don't know.

it also looks like yoke is still there are around the leg. Is there anything I can do for it?

Another member here had a problem with a chick, ruptured yolk sac and crooked neck. But the chick's fine now. Have a look here:

And here's some links (from Sally's article) on chick orthopaedics:

Best of luck with the little one!

UPDATE:

He seems to be doing fine now. i guess it was just a temporary thing. i have to stay away from the incubator because i just want to hold em and care for them and when i can't i just want to do something to help. :(
