Hi,
When they hatch, sometimes a blood vessel gets nicked. Once they start to bleed lile that, nothng you can do. It's nothing you did, just sometimes Natures happens this way. That's why birds lay more than one egg.

Congrats and sorry about the bleed, if you do catch it bleeding ANY fresh blood grab a clean steril pad or even paper towel and pressure or pinch cords until blood stops, most times this happens when we don't see it!

I will have pics soon, 6 hatched out and only five are left, I actually wrapped it up as soon as I saw it and tried to stop the bleeding, I had a terrible hatch rate, my worst ever 6 out of 41, I think I messed up my humidity
