Once you've tried all those items, and you still can't login, reply back here with details regarding the EXACT steps you take to login, any error messages you receive, the browser version, etc.

Okay, thank you. The only problem with that is after I changed my username, I wasn't able to log into BYC on anything but the desktop, where I was remembered.
Did I loose my account?
