HELP!

I'm incubating Rouen eggs and I have egg that has grey spots on the outside of the shell so I candled it and I see red like blood does anybody know what that could be? Please help! Today is day 28 by the way and the egg has also internal pipped.

Sounds great,

I would keep incubating until they hatch.
There is little you can do at this point. Give them a chance.
Not too much humidity.
Sounds like they are late bloomers?
Check your temps, maybe raise the temp a few degrees?
