Ok so i have 6 ameracaunas and 15 d'uccle and sebright bantams. the ameracaunas are around 3 mos old, and the bantams are more like 32 days old... when they all get full grown can i put them together in the same pen without the fear of the caunas eating or hurting the bantams??? otherwise i will probably have to get rid of my banties :( thank you!!!!

With the bantams outnumbering the As you should be OK. It might be better to give the 15 bantams the primary housing and reintroduce the ameraucanas after a few days.
The primary thing is how much space per bird you have. If it's sufficient, it will work.

If they're all females, size doesn't matter as much as humans think. I agree, the most important thing is to have enough space for all those birds. Overcrowding will cause lots more problems than size difference.

There is a risk of a large fowl rooster breeding a bantam female, they're physically too large and can damage the hen.

And you'd think a bantam rooster is too small to mate a large fowl hen, but you'd be wrong

We got straight run on the banties but the As are all females... thanks for the advice!!!
