HELP!

My 3 week chicks are just eating all of the dirt in their dust bath! How to I get them to take a dust bath?

I just rubbed my finger tips in it making little baby noises and they walked over very curious and started to peck at it which is a natural reaction for birds. Within a few minutes they were sitting in it and jumping out and back in. They will learn dont worry. They would usually be encouraged by their mum, but it is quite an innate behaviour just like when they lift their heads to swallow water. Good luck!
