my one chicken sneezed like 20x in ten minuted she is about 3 months! help is she sick?

Could be.

Keep a close eye on her. Keep her hydrated, fed and separated from the rest... just in case she is sick.

If it continues, she may end up needing meds.

Was this an isolated event? Meaning 20 sneezes in 10 min? Are you sure she didn't eat too fast and was just coughing and sneezing till it came out?

Was she eating at the time?

I have a couple of hens that only sneeze while they're eating, and only sometimes, but they can sneeze for several minutes when they start.
