What breed is this? Someone on here said Optington, I had one of those, I don't see it. Very small comb, no tail feathers, just a hump.

Yep, I would say a Buff Orpington pullet, here's my BO.

Your hen looks to have the nice cushion fluffy butt orpingtons are supposed to have. They're really not supposed to have tail feathers sticking up, they're supposed to be round like a basketball. Hatchery stock has lost that rounded look much of the time.
