I have a golden laced bantam found lying in coop, cant stand up and is sleeping non stop. I have tried to give him avc water and he will drink a little. also gave him a warm bath, any ideas what it is? no injuries anywhere and nothing coming out of beak.

Welcome to BYC. How old is he? Did he have a Mareks vaccine? Do you think he could have gotten hurt? Has he got any diarrhea that might mean coccidiosis? Check his belly near to vent for any mites or lice/eggs.

I dont know if he had any vaccines. he was fine yesterday, i have not introduced any new chickens so. Not sure on age, my other bantam just started laying so if that gives any ideas. i am new to raising chickens. And there is no vets around me that will look at chickens

Mites can kill a chicken, so be sure and check. Mareks disease can affect a chicken's legs causing wobbling, balance problems, and paralysis or dragging of the leg. If he is having diarrhea, I would think about treating him for coccidosis with Corid (amprollium) for 5 days. If he can't stand at all, I would suspect Mareks, though. Here are 2 good sources to read about Mareks:
