So about 6 weeks ago my girlfriend and i got chickens and it has been a blast we bought 3 from the local feed store 2 black sex links, and 1 barred rock. We live in a decently populated area and roosters are not allowed, well the reason we wanted black sex links is because they're easy to sex and we can only have hens in our area but one of the black sex links is completely different than the other even though they were born both without the blonde spot on their head. As they grow one is growing faster than the other and is completely different color (brown instead of black), and it doesn't have the bushy tail like the two other hens! Below is a picture on the one I'm alittle worried about if you know anything any help is very much appreciated were new to this. Thanks so much.

Sorry I don't know if the last link worked!

Well, that is neither a black sex link or a barred rock...not sure what breed or gender.
I don't see any obvious wattles, which usually show up around 5-6 weeks in males with a lot of breeds, so hopefully it's not a cockerel.

More clear pics of head and a side shot might help......posting in what breed gender forum might get you more informed responses.

I would not say it is a rooster - at 7-8 weeks, that is a little bitty comb.

Definitely not a black sex link or a barred rock. With those gray legs, and coming from a feed store, my best guess would be Easter Egger - see http://www.plumjam.com/poultry/breeds/ -

The gray legs mean it is not a brown leghorn which was another thought. But I would not say it is a rooster - at 7-8 weeks, that is a little bitty comb.
