Maybe he will be a quiet rooster, so you can keep him. So far I guess he hasn't found anything worth crowing about. The only thing I've heard about polish, is that the females have nice rounded crests and the males have wild, rock star crests sticking out everywhere.

To me the crest doesn't seem wild -maybe a slight chance he isn't a rooster
