Baby bird fell out if best and I don't know how to take care of it mama bird was nowhere to be found

Put it back exactly where you found it. Mom is nearby and hiding from you!

Bird is fully feathered therefore did not fall out of nest. Looks like a dove, if you want to help, throw down a bunch of small seeds. And walk far away.

Leave it be. You'll end up doing more harm than good if you don't let that baby alone.
