i can still hear the baby chick chirping but he made a crack about 24 hours ago. Should I help? If so how? This is 6 of 6 to hatch. All the others did fine. We are on day 21 now.

As long as your humidity is still high enough I would leave her be until morning. I'm no pro but I've read and read a million articles that say it can take up to 30 hours or more sometimes. Unless you have reason to worry I wouldn't. Again make sure the humidity is still high enough that would be my only concern.

Personally, I am a let-nature-take-its-course kind of hatcher. Sometimes the later ones are either too weak to survive without a lot of extra care, or they're deformed. There is a thread here, though, that does talk about helping them hatch if you decide to do so.
