Help!

So, today I introduced my Silkie rooster and an Ancona hen into my flock. The rooster and hen had interactions with the other flock. I just got them all in the same pen and my other chickens are pecking the Ancona hen. Her comb is even starting to bleed. What do I do? Is this normal?

They have to establish the pecking order, just keep an eye out and separate if necessary~
