You can add antibiotic ointment without pain relief

Ok I put some ointment on. Fluffy seems ok. A little worried. Hopefully over night it will scab up again.

Ok I’m probably paranoid since I’m always worried. Newest concern, today fluffy seems to be wheezing on and off. I’m thinking the noise is nose whistling because once fluffy is done eating/drinking no more wheezing. I just placed a deep water container in so fluffy can get whole beak/ head in. Any things I should be looking out for? Fluffy is eating, pooping and acting normal other wise.

Keep an eye out now that Fluffy has a deep waterer to clean out his nares. That is important Hopefully he won't wheeze anymore.
