HELPHELPHELP! THINK MY CHICKEN HAS BUMBLEFOOT

I have a frizzle chicken called pickle, I am not sure how old she is as we got her from a friend! So basically one week ago I went to go and open up the chickens and I found her sitting there and when I went over I realised she couldn't walk! Later that night I found this extremely red and swallen lump on her foot! I searched on the Internet and I think it is bumblefoot. Every day I have soaked her foot in epson salts but it hasnt got any better
It has been a walk she has been inside and at first she ate loads but now she won't eat or drink and just closes her eyes all day

and I have found that one of her eyes look really sore and puffy . What should I do?
