Helping feathers grow back?

I just bought my first five layers & a rooster. They came from a cramped shed, so they all have pecked spots missing feathers on their backs. How do I help them grow this back? Thanks!

Good feed and ample space. You may want to separate out the rooster until they have regrown feathers. It may also be necessary to apply Pin Less Peepers if they continue the bad feather pecking/plucking habit.

You can try nutrena feather fixer. It helped me a lot. I have only used it once, but it really helped IMO

Sometimes the feathers won’t grow back until the next big molt. Chickens molt at about 18 months, and once a year thereafter.
