Helping New Chickens Settle

Tonight I am picking up some one year old laying hens. Is there anything I can do to help get them to settle into their few home quickly?

I would find out what type of food, nest box, and nest bedding they use to help it feel familiar. And adding them at dusk when they can see everything for a short time before settling in for the night would be helpful.
